Delivery costs are calculated according to the price list of Suomen Posti, UPS, GLS, Post Nord or Matkahuolto.
For private customers, we deliver orders over EUR 200.00 free of charge to EU countries. Deliveries outside the EU are made according to the freight price list.
For clubs and retailers, the limit of freight-free delivery to EU countries is EUR 400.00.
Clubs and retailers will have a small delivery surcharge of EUR 8.00 for orders with a value of less than EUR 50.00.
If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is one to five (1-5) working days from the receipt of payment.
If the consumer buys products for which TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy has announced different delivery times, the order will be delivered according to the longest announced delivery time.
All deliveries take place via Suomen Posti, UPS, GLS or Matkahuolto, unless the consumer and TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy agree otherwise.
Returns from EU countries
The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product / products, excluding the date of receipt.
The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product must be salable, it must not contain dirt such as animal hair.
Ordered and printed products have NO right of return or exchange if there is no manufacturing defect. The order/delivery products are those that have been separately ordered from the factory for the customer, and the printed products are those that have been made specifically for the customer according to the order.
Clearance and auction products have NO right of return or exchange. Clearance and auction products are always products that are removed from the product range and are sold very cheaply out of the TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy warehouse.
The return or shipping costs caused by changing the size of the product will always be paid by the customer.
In warranty cases, TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy pays the return costs and can send them back via Posti, GLS or Matkahuolto as a customer return (TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy issues a customer return consignment note)
Changing the product for another is the fastest and easiest when you make a completely new order for the product you need and return the wrong product with an account number.
The return request is made from your own account under "return of goods", after which TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy sends information about the return.
For refunds, it is good to include the account number, even though refunds are primarily made through online store payment systems (VismaPay/PayPal/Jousto/MultisafePay) from which the payment in question was originally paid.
To guarantee quality, we always check returned products before making a refund.

Returns from outside the EU
If the order is delivered to countries outside the EU customs area such as Norway, Switzerland, Canada or the United States, TJJS Kamppailuvarustus Oy does not accept product returns or product size exchanges.
Shipments damaged in transit
Sometimes it can happen that, despite careful packing, packages can be damaged during transport. That's why it's good to check its condition in the presence of the clerk when picking up the package. If the package is damaged in transit and if the ordered product(s) are also damaged, file a damage report immediately upon receipt. After that, contact the store to arrange the delivery of the new product.
