Shipping & returns

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the Finnish Post, UPS, GLS, Post Nord or Matkahuolto.
  • For private clients in the EU countries we will deliver orders of over 200,00 EUR without freight costs. 
  • For clubs and wholesale dealers in the EU countries the limit for free delivery is a total order of 400,00 EUR or more.
  • For the clubs and wholesale dealers a small delivery fee of EUR 8.00 for orders worth less than EUR 50.00.
  • Deliveries outside the EU countries according to the freight rates.

Delivery time

  • If we have the ordered product in stock, the delivery in Finland will take one to five days from the day the payment is on our account.
  • If different delivery times are given by Keiko Europe for different products in an order, the products will be delivered according the longest promised delivery time.
  • All deliveries will be made via the Finnish Mail office, UPS, GLS or Matkahuolto if not agreed otherwise by the client and Keiko Europe.

Returns and exchanges

  • A private client has a right to return UNUSED products within 14 days from the day the products were received. Returned product must be in the same condition as when received and suitable for sale.
  • Special offer products cannot be returned or exchanged. Special offer products are those that are sold very cheaply out of our warehouse.
  • The costs for returns and product exchanges will be paid by the customer. Returns due to warranty will be paid by Keiko Europe.
  • The fastest way to change product, is to return the wrong prodcuct with your account number and make a new order of the desired product.
  • PRIOR to returning a product, the client should contact Turku Store by e-mail: The returned product should be sent with a description of the issue and bank account number for a possible reimbursement to the following street address: " Keiko Europe, TJJS Kamppailuvaruste Oy Siutlankatu 1, 20380 Turku". Returned products will be checked before reimbursement.
    The customer can use the carrier of their choice, but we do not currently recommend using Finnish Post because, unfortunately, Finnish Post is not able to deliver the notice to Keiko Europe in good time and the return will be returned to the sender as an undelivered shipment. Keiko Europe assumes no responsibility for the operation of Finnish Post.

Shipments damaged in delivery

  • Despite careful packing, packages can sometimes get damaged while being transported. Because of this we recommend to check the package first thing in the post office with the mail officer present. In case the package is damaged during shipment and the ordered products are damaged, a damage report must be made at the mail office. After this contact Keiko Europe for the delivery of a new product.
